your words describe him perfectly. also, (and i'm not defending ABC) i did read an article where Chris Harrison said they had seriously considered showing her the footage but decided against it because she was already in such a terrible emotional state...I think that's why Chris was asking so many questions right before the rose ceremony. They almost had to shut down the show after that taping because she was so distraught, showing her the interviews probably would have definitely made that happen. :/
